1.: WANTED: Excercise DVDs (Spanaway/152nd & Waller)

I am especially looking for Richard Simmons excercise DVDs but I would
like to try a variety of excercise routines to find one that is right
for me... Pilates? Yoga? Kick-boxing? Aerobic Dance? I'd like to
try any of these...
SOOOOO... if you have some old excercise DVDs on the shelf that you
never use let me know and I'll take them off your hands and put them to
use.

These are "Dockers" brand pants. They have been worn and the hems are frayed, but they are a size 34" x 34" so someone shorter could easily re-hem and have a usefull pair of pants. Khaki color.

These are ankle high, navy blue 'duck' boots for rain or snow. I
pulled them out to wear in the recent snow and found that they no

Good condition metal bed frame just don't want to store it in an already
crowded basement. We used it for a king-size bed for many years with no
problems, but it looks like it can also be shrunk to fit a queen size
easily.

I would really like a slicer/grinder that is made to attach to a
KitchenAid stand mixer (which I have). I believe that even an older
version will work. Do you have an old attachment that you don't use?
I would also be interested in any other attachments that might work

Hello! Do you think Freecycle(TM) is a great community resource? Is it
helping you clear out your clutter?

Do you wonder why nobody thought of doing this before? Maybe you
should be a moderator for this group!

Currently, the Tacoma Area Freecycle group is in need of additional
local moderators and we are asking for volunteers. If you are
interested, please read through these qualifications, and if you think
you meet most or all of the requirements get back to us as soon as
possible:

MODERATORS SHOULD HAVE THESE QUALIFICATIONS

*Must live in the area served by Tacoma Area Freecycle.
*Have a basic knowledge of the Freecycle rules. They can be looked up
and learned fairly quickly.
*Time! You should have an hour or so throughout the day and evening to
devote to moderating a group.
It is a volunteer position - there is no pay or tangible benefits,
just the joy of knowing you're giving back to your community.
*Computer, Internet access and computer skills. (Obviously another "must")
*Internet experience. Knowledge of Yahoo!Groups is a huge plus, but
not required.
*Writing skills. Correct spelling, proper punctuation, complete
sentences, and proper grammar are a must.
You must not type in "chat mode" or "IM mode." This means no all
upper or lower case typing!
*The ability to follow instructions. Guidelines have been set up for
all Freecycle group moderators to maintain
in order to be listed on the main Freecycle web page.
*A positive attitude and the ability to keep your cool when dealing
with irate or irresponsible members.
*An interest in environmental causes - you know that Freecycle isn't
about FREE stuff but about keeping stuff
out of the landfills and building community!

There are materials available to help teach people the tricks of
moderating a Freecycle group and there will be a more experienced mod
assigned to the group for a while. The ideal is to have two (or more)
local co-mods managing the group.

Tell us about yourself! Please let us know:

1. Your full name and where you live,
2. The email address and ID you use on Freecycle
3. If you belong to other Freecycle groups and which one(s)
4. Any relevant experience that would be helpful for us to know.

If this sounds like something you'd like to do, get back to us right
away! And if you know someone else who would make a good moderator,
please pass this message on to that person. Let us know if you have
questions. We're happy to help!

It will hold up to a 27" t.v. It has a place for a vcr/dvd player and
a side cabinet with brown glass and storage doors on the bottom. It is
nice looking but we don't have room for it anymore.

This is a bagless cansiter vac. I broke the end that attaches to the
hose. We've glued it back together, and it's rubber banded! ;) Seems
to still work ok. I just bought a Dyson to replace it. If no post
access, I can meet you at the front gate.

Comfy! They are well used but still have plenty of life in them. A
few stains but otherwise intact. They recline and the footrests come
out smoothly. They also swivel. They are a light blue with a slight
greyish tint. You pick up in Spanaway.
If you need photos I might be able to arrange that.

I've come to terms with that I can use to decorate with after living

10. Base for GE cordless phone. Just the base. Model # 25836BE1-B.
(We believe our little boy threw away the cordless phone.)

Primary preference goes to someone who will take all, and get rid of
what they don't want. Secondary goes to whoever will get it out of my
house first!!

I painted this wicker trunk a burgandy-reddish color with gold trim
several years ago. Some of the paint is chipping off. It's about 3 ft
long, 1 ft wide, and 2 1/2 feet high. Sorry no pictures. Must have
post access.

Sits on a table or desk and you put water in the bowl. That runs up to the top of the rocks
and falls down to the bowl. It is kind of soothing and minimum maintenance.

a crack/broken part on top but does not affect it at all.No remote.Must
