OFFER: Hutch (NE Tacoma/Browns Point)

Oak wood hutch in good condition. Total hutch is 30" wide, 13" deep and 36" high. There is a top section that has a cabinet with two doors. Under that section it is open and designed for a TV or a monitor when you place it on a desk or table. The backing has a round cord hole for bringing the wires through.

Please reply by email with a day and a time (daylight hours) when you can definitely pick up in the area of Browns Point Elementary School out state road 509 to the Cliff House Restaurant and then up the hill to the school area.

Banner is heavy plastic, white background with balloons and cofetti in primary colors. There is a blank area in the middle to write a greeting with wipe-off markers. The table cloth is a light-weight plastic in primary colors/ It is large. I may have other party-related items to add to these.

I have a washer and Dryer that doesnt work anymore but if someone wanted them for scrap or wants to repair your are welcome to them.
