I have a plastic Christmas tree stand to find a home for. This is the kind
for live trees that holds water and has screws that keep the tree balanced.
It's in good shape, although well used.

*real wood twin bed frame with matching nightstand, bed has 4 drawers underneath (one has come apart, just needs to be nailed back together)and a headboard with shelves, nightstand has 2 drawers.

*wood bookshelf, not perfect but still serves it's purpose

*3 garbage bags of toys (dress up clothes for girls, purses, play shoes, legos, hotwheels, style cars, plastic tea party stuff, kids vhs movies, small doll house)

*baby activity station (it lights up and plays music)
