Wanted - Hunter's scraps/offal - Tacoma

Posted by: "Erica" stary_eyed_angel@yahoo.com   stary_eyed_angel

Sun Oct 5, 2008 5:19 pm (PDT)

I'm looking for deer/elk scraps (legs, spines, heads, etc...) or any
other parts you don't want. I would also love it if any hunters would
be willing to bring back some or all of the organs after you field
dress your deer. I will supply buckets with lids for this. I use this
stuff to make my dogs' food. I don't have the heart to hunt for it
myself and know that alot of parts go unused by the hunters. Asking
for it this way keeps any part of the animal from being wasted. The
parts/organs do not need to be cleaned or cut. My husband can do that
himself. We'll be looking for this for the entire hunting season so if
you think you might have some at some point please e-mail me and I'll
give you my contact information. We can pick up on base/post as well
as in the nearby cities.

Also, if anyone has leftover deer (or any other type of meat) from last
year that you no longer want, I would love to pick that up as well.
Freezer burn is not an issue. The dogs don't care. :)

Thanks so much for considering my request!

Erica
