ok so heres the deal. I put this futon on craigslist. I had a guy say he was coming for it so I brought it outside. He never showed. I went to work, it rained, I came home, it's still here. I had the mattress covered w/ trash bags n case it rained. The frame got wet. It will be fine, I just have to dry it off w. a towel.

its queen, heavy, will take at least 2 string people to lift. I took it apart for easy transport. I have the screws for it.

its a nice bed but takes a lot of room and mattress is hard. I like them softer.

It needs to go as I have to room to bring it back inside so I'm going to keep it covered w/ a tarp til it's picked up

its in tacoma off 17th St

Pant Qty 7 sizes are 46-48 waist and 30-32 length. Slacks and Jeans
Shirts qty 5 are size XL to 2XL. some short sleeve son long.

this is in great condition, about 5 years old. The thermostadt is off, I used
an oven thermometer with it to be sure. Has thermostadt issues,such as it
doesn't like temps over 350 for long periods of time. I suspect it is an easy
fix if you are handy, but I got a new one and no longer need this one. I'm in
Gig Harbor, would appreciate having it gone asap. Thank you!

More cleaning and purging: Have clean mens shirts (larger sizes), clean set of queen sheets+pillowcases, clean sheets (not complete sets, queen size) older but still functional microfiber/down blanket, couple of old towels, baby themed gift bags, formula sample, punch bowl set with smaller ice bowl included.
