The futon mattress is in all right condition. Some water spots from moving it, but with a cover/bed linens, it is a very comfortable bed. With it is an ikea very low profile frame.

Three phones, one uses regular phone cord the other two plug into any
electrical outlet. All three work but the read out screen is not so great, does
not seem to show all the letters etc for caller ID. Great if you need an
extenion in a room with no phone outlet. They have to ll go together, the
two electrical plug in ones have to operate with the main base phone.

Black media rack, good for music cd's but most of the movie cases are too
tall to fit in it.

Two matching, dark wood end tables, they have a small drawer in each
table. They are not in perfect condition, the tops have some scatches etc. but
they are sturdy, real wood that could be refinished also.

Older Singer, it works but needs a new power cord/foot peddle. The old
one shorted out and had already been repaired once so I threw it out and
bought a new machine. I am pretty sure any sewing machine place could get you
a cord.

The other is a Brother and it too operates, probably could use a cleaning
and maybe some minor adjustments. I am not sure on this one. It was given
to me and I just don't need it taking up space

Small Sharp fax and phone, it needs a new film cartridge but the last time
I used it it worked fine, I know the phone part works for sure.
