It's a set of 6 plates, 1 soup bowl and a few coffee mugs. The plates are a black & white with tulips on them. Ready to go to new home for use or art project. I only check emails once a day, so please have some patience.

This is an older "4" cup coffee maker. Perfect for making just enough coffee for one person. It's a little dirty as it has been gathering dust for a while, but it'll clean up nicely if you want it.

Now, we live in Clearwood. It is a gated community, and I have to meet you at the gate. Use Google maps or mapquest for directions and use the travel time to give me an ETA so I can meet you at the gate...unless of course you already live here.

Small "story" because it really is important to know before picking this item up.

When I say dirty, I mean gross. I'm sure if you have the ability to wash it a few times, it will be perfectly fine. I however, do not have the ability to wash it.

Here's what happened....we took in a foster dog that thought cats were "snacks"...my cat got mad and decided the dogs pillow was his new litter box. I have cleaned the outside as best I can, but my washer just isn't big enough to fit it in.

If you're up to the challenge, it's yours. We live in Clearwood, which is a gated community and I will need to meet you at the gate. Our home is maybe a block away from the front gate.

Looking for a safe, working pair of women's roller skates for my daughters.
Women's size 6/7 wold be great.
Girls' sizes range from kiddie 7 to 11.5.
Not sure what you all can come up with but please let me know.
  
I am on the edge of Lakewood and Steilacoom and can pick up anywhere around the county.

From a 1972 double wide mobile home:
Front door, color white, needs new doorknob.
Front screen door, screen is torn, glass is intact, probably an aluminum frame?
Bedroom window approx 5ft x 3ft., metal frame, one pane of glass intact, the 2nd pane of glass missing.
Bedroom window approx. 5ft x 3ft., metal frame, both panes of glass are intact. Slides to open.
Kitchen window, metal frame, both panes of glass intact. Slides to open. Size is approx. 3ft by 3ft? Must be removed from wall.
Yellow toilet, worked when the mobile had water
White toilet, worked when the mobile had water
2 hard plastic, shower doors, fits a bathtub length shower.
Off white vinyl skirting, lots of panels that slide together and some
of the vinyl framing for the top of the skirting. Fair condition, some has holes. You remove.
Vinyl roofing, you would have to remove it.
