It's beat up but still serviceable. If you have one of those cats that likes
to see how far it can pitch the litter, a covered box will save a ton of
sweeping. It has been scrubbed and sanitized, free of cat-box odors. Sorry,
I cannot deliver off the Island.

The set of 3 black pleather couches, the sofa, love seat, and chair. The love seat and chair are in great condition, the sofa has some tears on seat. If interested I can show pictures.
