I am looking for a high chair, I would prefer one that has a 5 point harness or reclines so I can use it for a smaller infant that doesn't sit up on his own yet. I will take any functional one though, please none that are broken or missing parts as I can't afford to fix it right now. Thank you!

Manx/siamese,no tail.Real blue eyes,cream color with darker ears.She is maybe 1 1/2 years old.Has been fixed and has all shots and uses the litterbox every time.
Does NOT like other cats.Likes children and adults.Don't know about dogs.Never seen her interact with dogs.
