These are all in good shape. Not cracked or torn. Have been used but there
is plenty of life left in them. Great for home schoolers ar getting all
those patterns or recipes organized. Approx. 20 binders, give or take. Must
take the entire box.

I have a reclining microfiber loveseat that needs a new home. Both recliners work and the color is a warm brown. It does need to be cleaned, but I have vacuumed it already, so it's ready to go. We do have dogs, so if you are allergic, this is not the sofa for you. I would like this gone by 2pm today if at all possible since we are having another sofa delivered today. I CANNOT help you load this, so please bring help. I will only consider the respondents that are polite. Thank you!!
