I have two bags of packing peanuts:

1st bag: ~ 2/3 black garbage bag of the Styrofoam type.
2nd bag: ~ 1/3 tall kitchen garbage bag of the cornstarch, recycleable type.

Both types are good for art projects. The recycleable ones can be stuck together by getting them a little wet. Take one or both bags.
