MOVING!! Need to have the following items find a new home :)

Large black leather La-Z-Boy dual recliner/fold down mid-section couch. This thing is super comfy but a BEAST!!! You need strong bodies to get this one out and to your home but you won't regret it once you do. There is a little cat damage to the rear, right side but nothing to compromise the integrity of the frame.

Table and four chairs. The table top is in rough shape but with the right hands and skill, you can certainly make it right again.

Small desk with keyboard tray. While it's not the biggest monster on the block, it can handle student use with a laptop or smaller desktop. Small side storage compartment for miscellaneous items such as disks, books and other supplies.

Black 24" Samsung television. Not in the best condition but fully functional and great for a gaming television in a teenagers room.

That's it for this run. I hope some of these find a place in your home. Any and all takers MUST have their own method of transporting these items and the couch DEFINITELY needs a truck for transport - NO and's/if's or but's.

comes with a little instruction booklet that contains info how to use it
and recipes for various breads.

I'm not sure how much longer it will work. It seems very loud to me, but
it was given to me....and we've used it less than 5 times. My hubby bought
me another used one....so this has been sitting on the counter for 2
months taking up space.

We have a light wood picture frame with a matting inside of it for three smaller
pictures. It is intended for use as a baby frame as one of the inserts currently
contains a baby poem (and the sample pictures show an ultrasound and a pregnancy
pictures in the other two matt openings), however you could use it for whatever
you wanted.
